→ The day's delivery route is scheduled and prepared with our truckload of orders on the road by 4pm each day.

→ You'll receive real-time status reports of your delivery via text messages, including confirmation with proof-of-delivery when your order has arrived.

→ Although specific delivery times can not be guaranteed, most items in-stock can be delivered same day when ordered before 3:00PM.

→ All frozen food is delivered in reusable thermal packaging with frozen gel packs, so you don't need to be home to receive it. 

→ NOTE: If you would like your delivery scheduled for a different day please simply make note of it in the comments upon checkout.

→ Deliveries to Almaden take place once a week on Tuesdays and to Sunnyvale on Thursdays. You'll receive an email confirming the delivery date once your order is placed.
